Andrea and Andrew are lovely twin boys who were born infected by the HIV virus they got at their birth. Their mother and father have both passed away. The boys are looked after by an old grandmother who struggles to get them the simple basics of life, such as food and medicine to keep them alive. When FAMCARE Staff heard the story of these poor, innocent boys they took them into the I.N. Network Children's sponsorship program. Recently Thomas Lumba, I.N. Network Zambia Director took a deputation tour, speaking in churches in the U.S. to raise sponsors for Andrea and Andrew and other orphans and vulnerable children at Misaka Home Centre. During I.N. Network President John Denbok's visit to Misaka he took time to share the story of Jesus embracing the children. John had the occasion of shaking hands and embracing the children who felt loved by this kind gesture. All this was made possible because of our friends who pray and give generously to make a difference in the lives of children like Andrea and Andrew.
