The following projects are supported by IN Network in North Africa:
- Writing, printing and distributing a Bible correspondence course in North Africa with over 5700 enrolled
- Visiting and discipling those who are studying the course
- A bimonthly evangelical magazine is printed and distributed
- A Bible Commentary has been translated into Arabic and printed. Several Christian Classics have also been translated into Arabic
- Tracts are being printed and distributed
Future Plans:
- To expand the correspondence course both in terms of numbers enrolled in the course and the Arabic countries into which it is sent.
- More of an effort is going to be made to plant churches. Nationals are joining the ministry to handle this task.
- Retreats are planned to gather believers together so they will have a chance to meet other Christians and have an encouraging time of fellowship and teaching.

Ministry Support
Because it is so sensitive, the names of the countries or the real names of the workers cannot be published.
Abu Butros (alias) began faithfully proclaiming the gospel in 1966 and IN joined in partnership with him in 1993.
Country Summary
In North Africa, Islam is the state religion. The governments are committed to the preservation of Islam as the religion of all subjects. Generally other religious groups are tolerated so long as they confine their ministry to expatriate communities. Governments also vigorously oppose a full expression of democracy on the one hand, and the rising power of fundamentalist Islam on the other. Persecution of believers and intimidation of seekers has steadily increased over the last 30 years. Only the Lord knows how many Christians there are because there are many secret believers.
